Day After Benazir Bhutto
Former Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto returned to Pakistan from self-imposed exile on 18th October 2007. She was assassinated while addressing her supporters at a campaign rally less than two months later.
Day After Bhutto is a short documentary project compiled by Maazin Kamal and Serge Khaled. The film uses preexisting footage and photographs alongside original poetry and testimony to provide a unique window into the tragedy that broke the spirit of Pakistan and divided the nation.
